If you're a publishing, advertising or TV executive you might like it -- it spends a lot of time on media industry inside baseball. But if you actually want to understand what's happening to our society, I think the analysis is dangerously shallow and reliant on stereotypes of engineers vs suits.
If you are genuinely interested in Google as a company and a phenomenon you would be much better off with John Batelle's _The Search_.
