OK I'll bite.....who showers with their watch on? Anyway....it shouldn't let water in that easily...maybe the screws on the bezel need tightened down when you buy one of these.

A lot of people shower and swim and fish and boat, ect., with their watch on. Of course 100 meters doesn't mean 100 meters.... but it should withstand a shower imo. Looking for a 200 meter watch....

"Water resistant" and "waterproof" are NOT the same thing. This is just the kind of common sense that comes with experience. Now you know.

Castlekeeper says:
I don't think 300 meter dive watches claim to be "waterproof" either. IMO "water resistant" is a junk term since it could be used for 50 foot or 600+ foot. The actual meter rating is more useful but doesn't account for shoddy or non-existent QC.

I know this is an old review but, I have this watch and shower every day with it on, work out with it on, get it sweaty, stick my hand in water with it on etc. Never had a single problem with it. So, I believe this reviewer simply got one that was defective.

Not saying it should have fogged, but can't the face be removed to dry it out?

Surprised, I've had two of these, always leave it on pretty much 24/7, shower, wash dishes, dunk it in the pool, go swimming etc. Never had a problem or a fog-up and that's been going on for two years now. However the band is looking rather ratty now, and that may be due to exposure to water. The little keeper for the end of the band disintegrated and fell off, so will need a replacement. Otherwise, these are quite all round nearly perfect. The dual alarms is a nice feature. Only thing is the little light that is activated with the big button can be unreliable; my first one became very dim after a short time and was pretty much useless. Current one has been better.
