This is the solution for LEFT-HANDED carry!!!,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: OP/TECH USA 1301042 System Connectors (Secure-Its) - Security Tabs to Lock Quick Disconnects (Electronics)
For some bizarre reason, Op-Tech insists that their utility straps are for "Right-Handed Carry Only"...unlike the higher end strap products, that allow a user to choose right or left carry.
By purchasing a set of Secur-Its, and a set of Op-Tech strap extensions, in just a few minutes you can cut the plastic connectors from the extensions, and use Secur-Its velcro straps to assemble Male-to-Male and Female-to-Female "gender changer" extensions. This way, the entire Op-Tech Utility Strap can be converted over to it's mirror image...for left-handed carry.
It's odd that, in 2012, some companies are still discriminating against "lefties".

That's because we all know that left is sinister. ;-)

Explain left handed operation. I am left handed, and all DSLRs are held in Right hand. (hand grip side)
Even point and shoot cameras shutter buttons are all on the right side.
I am possibly misunderstanding, or downright wrong. Please excuse my mental deficiencies.
