This review is from: Melissa & Doug Wooden Bear Family Dress-Up Puzzle (Toy)
The set is very cute. My 2 yr old girls and 5 yr old son all love playing with it. 2 things you need to know -- 1) if you have a child that still puts things in their mouth, they will ruin this toy. The wooden pieces are not choking hazards (that I can tell) but the "clothes" slide right off the wood if your child sucks or chews on it. 2) There are a lot of angry faces. I think papa bear only has one smiling face and the rest are all either angry, confused, or sleeping. I would have liked to see more happy expressions - excitement, contentment, even a silly face. This might seem petty, but if your kids use them to make up stories, then they are making up a bunch of sad, mad, weird stories to match the faces with limited happy options. Anyway, my girls like making up new outfits for the bears. I would buy it again (may have to, after all the chewing!!! LOL)

I totally appreciate your comment about not enough happy faces! I am amazed at how many childrens' things are negative!!

Thank you for your great review. I played this with my 2 year old grandson and I had trouble thinking of stories for the angry expressions. I would have also liked ones like...thoughtful, surprised etc.
