This review is from: Let The Right One In (DVD)I will start by saying I am a total horror/gore fan. I was not impressed with this movie at all. I thought it was too slowly paced and pretty boring at times. I don't see how a few kills make up for minutes upon minutes of boring dialogue. I was not interested in the artsy fartsy scenery or child to child conversation and just found this movie to be painfully dull. My husband thought it was OK, I have to disagree. As a matter of fact, I gave this movie 2 stars and that's being kind.

You probably think classics like "Rosemary's Baby" and "The Exorcist" are boring also. Get back to your "I Spit on Your Grave" and "Hostel" HORRORS.

You definitely have a valid point. This isn't the horror movie for you if you like an action packed gore fest. It is slow paced, accented with moments of action. I loved this movie because it was a different kind of vampire story. It's worth giving a shot but definitely won't be for everyone.

If I wanted intelligent subject matter I'd have read Hemmingway, again.

Thanks but those movies sucked too. I happen to like Rosemary's Baby and The Exorcist was alright too, it's my opinion and I don't think being condescending towards me is appropriate.

Thank you for NOT calling me names. It's nice to know we can express our opinions without resorting to name calling and belittling. :)
