this book is okay. i thought it would be a bit more informative and less about recipes. it was a little hard for me to read, because i feel like it was written for small children or unintelligent adults. it was kind of condescending in some parts, and other times gave "practical examples" that were so obvious, it was almost insulting. (i.e. "if you notice that red seedless grapes are $10/lb, you MAY want to go for less expensive, in-season tangerines instead" [i'm paraphrasing here])
however, there was some interesting information, and the section on staple items for a paleo kitchen was useful. i would've liked the science behind the paleo diet to be a little more in-depth, though.
