"20 Minute Fitness Bootcamp" is a short, beginning to intermediate, and somewhat easy bootcamp. (I did use light weights.) Vadim Villensky leads Cindy and Debbie through a mostly basic kettlebell and dumbbell program. All moves are slow, controlled and moderately paced.
A pair of dumbbells are needed. You also need one kettlebell. If you don't have a kettlebell, one may use a dumbbell.
Here's the breakdown.
Warm up (under 2 minutes)
Kettlebell work (under 10 minutes)
Dumbbell work (about 8 and half minutes)
Core work (under 5 minutes)
