After reading many reviews and searching for the best pricing we decided to buy through Amazon.com...and got the best deal, shipped faster than we expected, and in excellent condition. We've been using this microwave daily for a little over a month with absolutely no problems. We've learned to shorten the cook times that we used with our old microwave because of the additional power. This machine is more than we expected and we highly recommend it. What a difference from the first microwave oven I had way back in 1976!

Update, 24Oct10...after barely 4 months the microwave quit. Just quit. Not sure why, powers up OK but when you push the start button all power is lost. Panasonic referred us to a local dealer to begin the fixing process. We miss our microwave!
