5.0 out of 5 stars The Truth - Sometimes It Hurts - But You Need to Know, April 17, 2012
This review is from: The Debt Bomb: A Bold Plan to Stop Washington from Bankrupting America (Hardcover)
Sen. Coburn's book should add to the outrage that people already feel about the federal government. With a current approval rating of 6%, it's hard to believe people could have a lower opinion of Congress, but after reading this book, they will (especially the Senate in which Coburn sits). But it's not all doom and gloom. In the book Dr. Coburn writes a prescription for what ails the nation. The patient is on the verge of a severe cardiac event, but with immediate and long term treatment, the patient can be saved. All of us have a stake in the health of the nation, and we need to address its ills right now, before it's too late. Everyone should read the book, and take the good Doctor's advice very seriously.

Great Book-this should be required reading for everyone who is allowed to cast a vote in America. Both parties of Congress are guilty of runaway spending with self interest leading, and the author is clear on how Washington really works.

I'm getting copies to give to many of my friends and family.....to my fellow conservatives to jack up their concerns and to my liberal, obots (IF they'll bother to read it) to try to pour some sense and information (which they are not getting anywhere else) into their goofy brains.
