Don't buy the kindel edition, the clips on the DVD are not included,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Making Thinking Visible: How to Promote Engagement, Understanding, and Independence for All Learners (Kindle Edition)
This is a fantastic book, but don 't buy the KINDEL edition. Although the content of the DVD is digital, it has not been included, not even a link for the kindel readers to see the content online. It's a shame, 'cause all the technologie is there. When I purchased it the image on the book on the page said DVD, but NO DVD!

Please do not one-star books because you don't like the kindle edition. You are affecting sales by decreasing the book's rank. Now less people are going to click on this book because you decreased it's rating.

But if the publisher is reading the reviews, they have the opportunity to fix this problem...provide a link to the DVD material. Then they can respond to the poor review with a "We heard you and we've made the complete book available to all you who would buy it now!"

From the Publisher: re the Kindle and other ebook editions, we do have a note in them that direct readers to a site where they can download the videos (booksupport.wiley.com). A lot of people seem to miss this.

I have purchased the Kindle version. I would love to know where this note is located. I had to contact the author to get the information on where to be able to stream the videos.

The note is on the page headed "DVD Contents"...right after the Figures pages at the front of the book. Follow the direction on the page for login and you should be good to go.

If many people are missing it, has it occurred to you to ask yourself why? My experience is that some lazy middle manager knows the note is situated where it won't be read and cannot be bothered to challenge the internal process. This publisher's actions and comments makes me feel that they are crooked in this matter.
