um. You're lowering the rating of the device simply because you don't understand that a wireless router that has 14 different devices ( in which you didn't specify HOW MANY are wireless vs how many are WIRED) are competing for bandwidth against the nettalk duo wifi unit...and you WONDER why your side of the phone call was garbled? ( facepalm)
It's not even 100 bucks for the price of the item..meaning it costs probably no more than 25 to 30 TOPS to create..do you honestly think they can put enough wireless hardware muscle in a device priced like this one and expect you to be able to have a CLEAR conversation when 14 or 13 other devices are competing with it for bandwidth? Get real.
Post a more " DOWN TO EARTH" review when you have only 2 or 3 devices connected to your wireless router ( one wireless, one physical, and the last ..the Nettalk unit) then you should notice your call clarity returned to normal. then add ONE device at a time until you reach the garbled problem. remove that same device.....then add a different wireless device...if the garbled problem doesn't yet return..you have then singled out which device is using " the straw that broke the camels' back" amount of bandwidth.
Process of elimination. :) you're welcome.
