Great shoe for me!,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Saucony Women's Kinvara 4 Running Shoe (Shoes)
It is important to note that there are several different running styles. I would not recommend these shoes to anyone who is not a neutral runner, and mid-foot striker. This shoe does not offer pronation control(extra support on the sides), and with its minimalist makeup, there is not a ton of cushion - I imagine it would be unpleasant to run in if you landed on your heels or forefoot the whole time. If you run like me however, you may just find these to be your race day shoe. Super-light with ample room in the toe box (unlike Mizuno's). Other reviews say the shoe runs small, but I think they run true to size. My longest run so far has been 4 miles, and they performed beautifully. It's like they really work to enhance my stride, and made running effortless- and my foot felt very stable. I am looking forward to seeing how they hold up on longer runs. I am hoping they will be my half-marathon go-to shoes.! think they will only hold up for 300 miles or so, so I am going to order a backup pair - and at this price, I can afford to!

Thank you for this review. It helped me decide not to order these shoes, as I need pronation support. Excellent review!

Thanks for the great review! This is exactly the information I was looking for. Since I have a neutral, mid-foot strike, it sounds like these will be a good fit for me!
