Where are the "terms and conditions"?,
This review is from: Canopy 2-Year Home Audio & Video Protection Plan ($125-$150) (Electronics)
How can one be expected to have confidence to purchase this coverage when the webpage advertising it is so poorly done? Although it says on the page: "Limitations and exclusions apply. See terms and conditions for full program details," there is no functional link to the "terms and conditions".
Why would anyone purchase something that's so inadequately documented? The 'Canopy' has some major leaks in it!

The point being one shouldn't have to purchase the service to know what the Terms and Conditions of that purchase are. You should clearly have this listed so that customers can make an informed decision before purchasing. For me I'm also confused if this even covers anything because Amazon says 'coverage after deductible is paid' yet your listing claims there is 'no deductible'. I won't be purchasing this, there are plenty of other electronics insurers that aren't shady.

I agree that the webpage is confusing. When you want to see details i.e. 'small print', it is not stated anywhere on there due to lack of access to 'terms and conditions'. Another point is I tried going to the webpage from the link and at first it said it was not available.... I'm already regretting signing up for this!
