The Max Muscle Plan is another outstanding work from Brad Schoenfeld. I've had the pleasure of working with Brad and can honestly say he is extremely passionate about what he does. Brad's professional insight, dedication, and organization is nothing short of exemplary. This book is extremely well researched and based on scientific evidence, credibility and integrity. It is well written, easy to read, highly practical and does an excellent job of breaking down complex material and principles to assist individuals in further understanding strength training and muscle development.
A very important aspect of this book is the showcasing of the 100+ exercises that are pictured throughout demonstrating proper technique and form. At the end of each exercise page, you will find "Brad's Training Tips" very useful and informative. In addition, chapters 10 and 11 do an excellent job of debunking many of the training, exercise and nutrition myths that still pervade.
If you are looking for a systematic approach to your training, this book gives you the path to success, and is highly recommended!
