Beware if you have small wrists,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Invicta 12545 Women's Angel Quartz Mother-of-Pearl Dial Stainless Steel Watch (Watch)
I have to admit that I bought this watch with some trepidation due to my small wrist size (5.5") and the watch's large face. After reading the reviews on Amazon stating that the watch face was "large but elegant", I took the plunge and I do not regret it. Indeed, it's large but classy, even on my small wrists where most large watches look foolishly large.
However, I do note "beware if you have small wrists" in the title because the band *is* quite "large" (circumference-wise, not width). When I read the over reviewers' complaints that the watch band was too large for their wrists, I was honestly thinking, "well, you can always adjust it!" After I finished adjusting the watch band - I realize just how right these other reviewers were. For the watch to fit comfortably on my wrist, I had to take out all 6 available links. If your wrist is any smaller than mine, there won't be any links left for you to take out, so you might want to look elsewhere.
A side note: To adjust the watch, I used the Paylak TSLK3 Watch Band Pin Remover and Link Remover I had previously bought. After using the device to push the pins out as much as possible, I was simply able to pull the rest of the pin out with my fingers. Popping the pins back into the watch as a cinch, and a couple turns on the Paylak and I was done. This was the easiest link adjustment job I've done! (On the back of the watch band, there are arrows pointing in a particular direction. That's the direction you should push the pins to get them out of the watch.)
