Not sure they are real ASICS,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: ASICS Men's GEL-Venture® 4 (Shoes)
I have been wearing ASICS for years and every pair has fit the same. This one is either a cheap knock off or suddenly ASICS quality has turned to crap.
I have a narrow foot and this is why I wear ASICS, they fit it fine. This pair could be mismarked and be an WIDE, but there is no ASICS seal in the heal portion of the sole insert. And on the tongue, the size information tag is different.
So my take on this is either they are bad knock offs, or ASICS quality has plummeted.

Amazon Junkie says:
So I guess that one of the following is true then:
1. They are NOT real ASICS
2. They are real ASICS and are mislabeled as men size 11 medium width
3 This pair is a "Real" pair of ASICS but a "second" or did not pass final quality
4. This is a real pair of ASICS that fits like no other pair that I have worn in the past 13 years
5. I am just someone that likes to complain about shoes.
6. This is a plot of the NSA do monitor my likes and dislikes on Amazon.
I guess there can be multiple right answers. :)
I still wear them, just can't wear them when I run, it feels like I am wear swim fins....

Mike, I'm pretty sure that President Bush had something to do with it. LOL
