Most maddening printer I have ever used,
This review is from: Brother MFCJ6510DW Business Inkjet All-in-One Printer with 11-Inch x 17-Inch Duplex Printing and 11-Inch x 17-Inch Scan Glass (Office Product)
This printer is not ready for prime time.
The setup in the manual does no coordinate with the on-screen set up.
One of the principle uses to which I wanted to put it was printing envelopes. Don't even try. The front part of the return address is cut off.
The phone help said it is not their problem. It is a software problem. The software is MS Word.
You would think they would have anticipated people using MS Word.
The single sheet, hand fed input slot is maddeningly sensitive.
It repeatedly registes a paper jam even when there is no paper in the printer.
The only way to reestablish use of the printer is to unplug it and start over.
Why would Brother put such an unfinished product on the market?
