Really Good Workout!,
This review is from: Billy's Bootcamp: Cardio Inferno (DVD)
I dont normally write reviews, but I would like to address some of the negative reviews...I actually burned 690 calories, with stopping and taking breaks so actually doing the entire workout nonstop Im sure I could burn the 800 calories indicated....To the people who claim they didnt sweat or indicate that the workout was 'disappointing" there is no way you did the entire video without breaks, and without sweat'n and if you did you should consider the Iron Man Comp...b/c you are truely a beast.. bottom line good workout, it does what it says...you will burn alot of calories...

Please advise how you know how much calories you lose.

I agree with the review. I burn around 713 calories not doing it to full capacity. This workout does what it says.
Bee...Go get a watch that monitors your heart rate. It will tell you how many calories you burn.

What the huh? I'm not even in that great of shape and I can get through this pretty easily without stopping! In fact, I stopped doing this one because I had a hard time keeping my heart rate up. I think the issue is people being used to Tae Bo and people who aren't. I have a brother who has run multiple marathons who was about ready to die during Tae Bo Cardio (not to be confused with Cardio inferno). Conversely, I do the full 90 minute Ultimate Tae Bo twice a month and can't job more than about 3 miles.
