The customer support is terrible, my machine has been broken for 6 weeks, the support to fix it is non existent. They send the wrong parts, the reps don't have the right tools. Finally a mechanic showed up today, the parts sent by pro form were wrong so now I have to wait another 2 weeks for the parts to ship and arrive. I have had to replace the computer once already, I have hadthe bike less than 6 months and have been able to use it for less than 4. Not worth the investment. I m very frustrated by their lack of desire to support.

I've been considering purchasing this bike for the last 3 months. The trend in reviews is positively NEGATIVE overall. It seems it's a crapshoot as to whether a functioning bike will come out of the box or a defective one. As for customer support, for a training tool at that price, they should do everything possible to make sure EVERY bike works as expected.

Wow, I saw this bike advertised on the Golf Channel yesterday, got really excited for it, went to my computer and put it in my cart......but now after seeing a lot of very bad reviews not so sure. After all that, don't think I should spend the money unless they send a qualified person to set it up, and guarantee good service or full money back. Feeling like this bike could be a really good motivator but.............

I am having the exact same issues with mine. I ordered it directly from ProForm. It hasn't worked correctly since the day I received it. First they assembled it wrong. I fixed that. Now I am on my second console and it has stopped working. They are dragging their feet doing anything about it. I've had it for a month and a half now and it has worked a total of 3-4 days.

DON'T BUY THIS BIKE!
Mine has the following faults and there is no repair hope in sight despite repeated phone calls:
1) bike does not incline properly - sometimes the incline is down when it should be up!
2) bike pedals click loudly and are faulty
3) bike shedding rubber pieces underneath due to faulty part
4) some routes in the biking software crash repeatedly
5) the online workout site sends my bike 'running' courses of a few km instead of bicycling courses
6) the company won't give me my money back and we've only had the bike a few months - the problems started immediately
7) the coupon code for a year's free subscription to the premium parts of the site didn't work and they won't send me one that does
8) the repair man never ever turns up

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE PRACTICALLY FRAUDSTERS!!

I purchased th Pro Form TDF Gen 2.0 in Jan of 2012...received the unit 2 months later...bad computer...another month and a half later I was up and running only to have the incline motor go bad after less than a year (450.00 part plus tech fee)...Thank God I purchased the extended warranty for this unit. It has been down 2 more times since the motor went out. Once for a faulty drive belt, now there is no resistance in the pedals. It tool me aver a week to get anyone from Customer service to answer the phone (1 hour or more wait times)

this thing is an absolute pices of Junk. Pro Form needs to be sued, I want my $1795.00 back and tyhey can come get this piece of S*** out of my house
