I haven't played the single player mode yet, so my review will be based on multiplayer.

As of now, there seems to be no hacker, so far so good.

The graphics seems better than MW3 and I'm getting over 100 fps maxed out setting with a gtx 660ti.

The multiplayer game, i.e. the Team Deathmatch mode, is fast paced, first to 75 points wins, so if you come from BF3 and don't enjoy the fast pace intensity then this is not for you.
Black Ops 2 is, in my opinion a mixture of black ops 1 and MW3, the keybinding is more black ops 1 I think, you have to play around with it to get used to, but overall, after you have
customized your keybindings, it is quite awesome. Also, set your FOV to 80, default is 65, this will allow you to see a broader view of the map.

But for those that are new to this, don't be frustrated too much if your K/D ratio is low, since by now, people have basically memorized the maps and know where you will likely be. Just get familiar with the map and you should be fine.

They have implemented lots of new guns compared to MW3, so that's something to play around with, which is nice. I'll be updating once I get higher up in the game. Right now at lvl 22.

Overall, I think the game will be awesome if hackers are little to nonexistent

Correct it is the same engine. I don't think the dx 11 adds much at all but the new MP modes add alot of interest. No one seems to be mentioning the release stuuter issues that plague this release as much as the first BlOps..
Personally I wouldn't buy until these have been ironed out

I'm just using an old 8800 GTX graphics card and I don't have any stutter issues. The graphics are very good looking, fast, and smooth.
