This review is from: Hansons Marathon Method: A Renegade Path to Your Fastest Marathon (Paperback)
I will be using this to run my next marathon (Boston 2013) based on what I have read. For the record I have run 5+ marathons (last one was sub-3 hours) and ultramarathon's. This is a very well written book on marathoning, and I believe it to be superior to my all-time favorite, "Advanced Marathoning" by Pfitz/Douglas. A ton of detail in this book if you really want to geek out (things I've never seen covered before--VERY up to date and modern) and it even includes a sample plan for "elites" which to my knowledge has never been done before in a marathon book. Hats off to Luke and the Hanson brothers for bringing this book to print. If you want the inside scoop into one of the best elite marathoning programs in America, this book is your ticket there!

Dr. Kim says:
Anything on Achilles injuries? I know they can sideline a runner fast. I have checked out Treat Your Own Achilles Tendinitis.
