Finally a Diet I can REALLY stay on!,

I'm 70 years old and have tried for decades to drop about 30 lbs. I've tried just about every diet there is, but this one is the first one that is SUSTAINABLE!
I don't feel like I'm really being deprived, because it's easy to limit my calorie intake to 500 calories on DIET days when I know I can enjoy my favorite foods the next day with NO RESTRICTIONS.
And it's effective!.....I've been on it for a month and have dropped 10 lbs!
I have recommended this to family and friends!
