1.0 out of 5 stars Curls too easily, February 7, 2005
This review is from: MIU Flexible Cutting Board, Set of 5 (Kitchen)
Though these claim to be dishwasher safe, i can say that they are not. After one trip to the dishwasher these have curled so badly that they have become useless. To use these right now i have to put weights in all four corners of the board, and if i try to pick them up, they snap to curl shape so fast whatever rememnants are on the board fly into the air. Avoid these.

thank you. if I can't put them in the dishwasher to clean AND sanitize them I can't see the point in having them.

If you turn off the 'Heated Dry' function these will not warp/curl in your dishwasher

Exactly. We put them in the dishwasher all the time, but always turn off the 'heated dry' function. Oh, they curl a little bit, but just put in on the counter with that side down.

I read that they will flatten out if you heat them under hot water

Steve says:
heat made them curl, heat will uncurl them. If you put them in a warm oven they will flatten out. I am sure they would not need much temperature, and keep an eye on them, and when they are flat, pull them out.
