This review is from: Quicken Deluxe 2014 [OLD VERSION] (Software Download)
I have been using Intuit products for nearly 20 years. I decided to update from Quicken 2013 to 2014 and found that the 2014 product now requires that I have to use Bill Pay at $9.95 a month which wasn't required for the 2013 product. I went ahead and loaded the Bill Pay and encountered problems so I called Bill Pay. Although the number given said for help, I was told that I had to call Tech Support but they where off on the weekends. On Monday morning I called the number given and they wanted to charge me for the support. I then called Bill Pay again. They gave me another number to call and I spent over an hour on hold. I hung up and said " I GIVE UP" and decided to return Quicken 2014 for credit and go back to the 2013 product. I went through the 10 minute question and answer process to get a phone number. I called the number and sat on hold another hour. I ran out of time and hung up. I will attempt to continue to get my credit again tomorrow morning. FYI from download to date, this has been a 5 day process
