Practical Start-up Guide for the Budding Foodie Entrepreneur,
This review is from: Starting a Part-time Food Business: Everything You Need to Know to Turn Your Love for Food Into a Successful Business Without Necessarily Quitting Your Day Job (Paperback)
I found this book to be a very practical step-by-step guide for someone who is venturing out for the first time with a start-up food business. To reinforce the points and to inject reality into the book, the real-life stories of small food entrepreneurs who have started part-time businesses, shows that with hard work and passion, it can be done. The state-by-state reference guide was also very helpful as it provides a good starting point for the budding entrepreneur who has the "food idea" but needs a roadmap to get there.
