This review is from: The Descent of Man (Dover Books on Biology) (Paperback)
I wanted the full text, not the Reader's Digest Condensed version. What are the Darwinists trying to hide by condensing and removing some text?????

Possibly the fact that Darwin stated that it was the opinion of his distinguished colleagues and himself that Negros were a sub-species of human? That isn't taught in our science classes, is it? If you believe part of his flawed teachings, you must believe it all!

Mike Heron says:
What a load of rubbish. Yes, Darwin in common with 99.9% of his contemporaries - including Abraham Lincoln - believed that negroes were inferior. If you had been alive at the time you would have believed the same thing. Darwin strongly opposed slavery, did much to help the native Tierra del Fuegans, and treated people of every race with equal respect and compassion. (If only churchmen - then and now - could say the same!) "If you believe part of his flawed teachings you must believe it all"? Garbage! That only applies to religious writings which are deemed to be "divinely inspired". Darwin was a scientist who got some things right and some things wrong. That's how science works. I realise you haven't a clue what I'm talking about. Get someone with a scientific education to explain it to you - slowly.
