Very interesting . . .
You mention the other author's name 5 times in one small paragraph, say you follow her career, and went to a lot of trouble (?) to give the necessary data to quickly find her work. I can't help but wonder if you have some financial reason to build up the other author and discredit this one. I also find it interesting that you have no information here to identify you (You gave your identity as the title of the book!) and have no other reviews available for comparison.
It is my understanding that following a format is not plagiarism. (Resumes, business letters, telephone books, and many other written materials follow common formats.) That could just be the publisher's style. Copying another's work without giving proper credit is plagiarism. Review THIS book. Which recipes are you saying are copied from someone else?
