Great fit, nice color (pebble),

This review is from: Dockers Men's Alpha Khaki Pant (Apparel)
I have been looking around for slim fit khaki pants and Docker's Alpha Khakis are excellent. I actually tried them on in a store, but they're a bit expensive at retail price.
I bought the Pebble color in size 30x29. I wanted a darker color, and the Pebble is really nice in person (in my opinion at least). I tried on a 30x30 in a store, so I already knew my waist size for these. The 30 length was a little long, which is usually the case for my stumpy legs. So I was really surprised to see that Amazon had the 29 length in stock. Even though Dockers makes these in 1 inch length increments, some stores will only sell the even lengths (30, 32, 34).
That aside, I love the fit on these. They're slim fit, so they taper a bit all the way down. I have pretty average size legs (not really big, and definitely not chicken legs), and the Alpha Khakis have a nice slim fit all the way down. They're not tight anywhere, but they follow the shape of my negs nicely. Comparing them to my own wardrobe, they're slightly baggier than my Levi's 521 (in 29x30 that I also bought from Amazon!). Since they're khaki's, it's a good thing that they're slightly baggier though.
The material is fairly thick, which I like. They feel strong, and I wouldn't mind working outdoors in them. If you're thinking about using these as "office khakis", they might be a little too casual-looking depending on your workplace.
Overall, they're a great pair of thick khaki pants. They fit, look, and feel good. They look just like the Amazon pictures.
