1.0 out of 5 stars do NOT purchase from WR Medical_POOR customer servc and DECEIVING CLAIMS on their ads, April 1, 2011
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
their ad claimed they offer this product a lifetime warranty. so i thought it was worth it to buy a good quality item rather buying Revlon or Dr Scholls, etc. When I finally got the item, it said "limited 5 yrs warranty". I called the seller to return it, both the customer service agent and his supposed superior were both RUDE and NOT helpful. I had to pay for the item to get it shipped back to them for them to "see" what the warranty says and then decide on the refund. When I told them they posted deceiving claims on their ads, the guy that's is supposed to be the supervisor told me to look at the tiny "fine" prints at the very bottom. So folks, READ their fine prints and purchase from them at your own RISK. WORSE customer service ever!

Your 1-star rating skews the product rating for other potential customers. You did not rate the product itself...just the poor customer service you experienced.

I'm thrilled to hear of such experiences in the review as it does indeed help me make my decision....but rating the product itself at only one star when your issue was with the customer service does the other shoppers no good.

It does say "limited lifetime warranty" in the product description. You chose to return it because you did not like the warranty? Or was the product DOA? Or did it not perform to your satisfaction? Did you even try the unit?

WR Medical does not list or sell on Amazon, they are the manufacturer. There are several different companies on here selling Therabath products and some of them dont have correct information, to list a product they can simply copy someone elses listing and use it not even knowing if it has correct information. Get the company right if your going to complain about them. Just because WR is the manufacturer of the Therabath they are not going to return and give you money back if you did not buy it from them, what company would.

Someone did NOT do their homework, femalecustomer. This reflects poorly on you and invalidates your review of the product since you never even tried it out. It sounds like hot wax therapy is exactly what you need but you sure won't be getting it from your unused Therabath. My advice to you is to delete your review since it has no bearing on the quality of product, only the rant of someone who makes life difficult for the customer service reps, and the wrong ones at that!

It reads "limited lifetime warranty", nothing lasts forever you know. Please rate the product and not the warranty! It makes a big difference in the overall rating for potential customers. Why did you have to send it back? Did it quit working? Your review blows.

Excuse me but you are mistaken you are purchasing this item from the company and amazon is just the middleman. If you were buying this from Amazon more than likely it would be a prime item, you want a refund you have to get it from the seller which was WR medical as the listing shows. Don't take the consumer to task for something you don't know about. If she wanted to return it it would have to go back to the seller not Amazon and they would credit it to your amazon account. Companies selling on Amazon are as accountable to their products to consumers even if the selling middle man is Amazon.
