Well it's about damn time!! This collection has been released in UK for awhile!,
This review is from: Lethal Weapon Collection (Lethal Weapon / Lethal Weapon 2 / Lethal Weapon 3 / Lethal Weapon 4) [Blu-ray] (Blu-ray)Cannot believe it took Warner this long to release this collection on blu ray here in the states. I have had the region free blu ray from Amazon UK for a long time. Check it out, it may be cheaper than this "newer" set. From looking at the cover and the number of discs, it is the same set from UK. If it is, these are the theatrical cuts and not those 'directors cuts' people like. The scenes from those cuts are included on the discs. I enjoyed the this set very much. The picture and sound quality is amazing! Sad it took Warner this long to release this here in the states. By the way, Amazon has the aspect ratio wrong in their listing. The first movie is 1.85 and the other three are the correct Panavision 2.35 with all movies in glorious DTS-HD!! This set will knock your socks off!
Hope you get it from either here or the UK and re-appreciate these buddy-cop movies all over again.

What special features do these movies contain. I oown the original DVD's when they first came out, but looking at this set I was just curious what was included before I purchase it. Thank you for your reply.

Jason, the special features on the UK version are commentary on all four films, trailers, music videos, additional scenes, among other original docs. There is a fifth disc that contains four in depth featurettes that are very good.
I'm not familiar with the DVD version of this set, so I can't compare the two. It's your call if you want to upgrade to blu ray. I wouldn't just for the special features, I would for the thirty-five dollars the UK site offers this great set at.
I have seen the individual DVD and if you are a fan, this is worth the upgrade.
I hope I could be of help.

The UK version does. It's Warner who put it out so its high quality with a bunch of different subtitles.
