Dis-ingenious Product Offer,
It seems odd the way this product is positioned as an Apple TV 3.
Apple doesn't promote the latest version this way.
According to the Apple website, the latest version is: MD199LL/A
Funny that this product description doesn't tell you what version you are getting here.
It seems they are trying to convince you to pay more for the current version of Apple TV ($99.00 @ Apple) by bundling it with a 6.5' HDMI cable.
It's not clear if you get an additional 30 days of support from Moe's on top of the 30 you get from Apple.
I suggest you understand exactly what you are getting here for the extra money you are paying.

Thank you for the warning, I wound up buying it directly from Apple for $99. I almost got this one thanks for the heads up.

It's very well and good to warn of misleading pricing, but to give the device itself a one-star because of pricing shenanigans is itself misleading. You said nothing about this version of Apple TV itself.
