Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Wolf Lake: The Complete Series (DVD)
Yes, they have done it agian. Music changes and edited for dvd release. " EPISODES MAY BE EDITED FROM THEIR ORIGINAL NETWORK VERSIONS. MUSIC HAS BEEN CHANGE FOR THE HOME ENTERTAINMENT VERSION. I really wish they would at least give you some warning before you purchase. The enterainment industry is really taking this to far. Thay are taking great shows apart to the point you don't want to watch.

I know, I was pumped for this release I've been waiting for more than 10 years. But not anymore. If they can't keep the original songs on 9 lousy episodes, I don't see why I would give them my money. Stupid editors.

It is not the fault of the people who made the show (though their lawyers should have known better).. It is the fault of the grasping rectums in the music industry. Any show with a lick of sense since the 90's pays the rectums enough to make sure they can use the music clips in DVD and related sales - which they should not have to do - since who the hell buys a TV show DVD for the music. I certainly never have (other than concert DVDs) BUT I also will not buy a TV DVD where the music has been changed and I do not expect the people who made the show to have to pay more/extra to use the stuff they already paid for for the broadcasts.
