Hi there. I know this review is really old but i just found the product so hope you see the email. I'm pregnant and pescatarian. I eat a lot of the fake meats like smart ground (tacos, spaghetti, etc) and boca burgers etc. I would like to cut down on these due to the soy and especially tvp and soy isolates, which I've heard are bad. SO i'm looking for other proteins. How was this for you while pregnant? Did you also take a pre-natal multi-vitamin? I take the Rainbow Light Prenatal One, which has a LOT of vitamins, and even digestive support. It has the 800 mcg of folic acid that is now recommended strongly for pregnant women.
