Once again, Michael you have put the fun back into cooking.
This is an informative, beautifully crafted book that everyone needs in their kitchen. I love that you highlight the versatility of the egg. I use your "Kitchen Essential" utensils and love each one; versatility is the name of the game. It takes a chef who loves what he does to know the best design and content...love the BadAss Egg Spoon.
