Great Look; Bad Strap Construction,
This review is from: Kenneth Cole Reaction Luggage Mind Your Own Business (Accessory)
I bought this for my husband. It looks great and fits his 15" laptop. But one of the strap fasteners is a hook contraption and the strap keeps coming out of it causing the bag to crash to the ground.

I got on to write a review about this exact problem. I've had the bag for about 6 months, and really like it overall, but I have to mind the strap. It is defective on one of the clasps, and when it pops open, your stuff crashes. I feel like this limits the total weight in the bag to probably only about 7-10 lbs (just guessing).

Same problem here, but I have had the bag since 2008. This first happened when the bag was about two years old. Now, over four years old, the metal clips that the strap clips to came unscrewed and until I can figure out a way to fix them I have to carry it like a brief case only. But still, I love the bag.

I purchased this briefcase for my husband. He loves the way it looks & is able to fit a lot into it but the strap has been an issue for him as well. I did take the briefcase to a luggage repair shop but the strap broke again. He has taken off the strap and just uses the handle which is terribly inconvenient. I saw him using our mac computer bag recently so I assume he has totally given up on the briefcase. So now I'm debating to take it to another luggage repair shop to see if they have a better solution or to just replace it. I will never purchase another Kenneth Cole briefcase again because I don't want to take the risk of having this happen again. So disappointed.
