4.0 out of 5 stars Nice screen, June 25, 2012
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: 7 Inch 16:9 TFT LCD Widescreen Car Rearview Monitor Mirror with Touch Button, 480(W)x 234(H) Screen Resolution, Car /Automobile Rear View Mirror Display Monitor Support Two Ways Of Video Output, V1/V2 Selecting (LCD Only) (Electronics)
The screen looks very nice and modem, better reflection than the original rear mirror.
The installation is simple, just connect and go.
If I must put a "issue" of this, it could be the power up time, there is a 1.5 seconds delay when you turn on the switch, meaning you need to wait at lease 2 second to backing your car!

B. Berry says:
Is this actually a mirror with a screen inside of it or just a simulated "mirror"?

yes B.Berry.. To the person saying the 1.5 second delay takes off a star. If you just go from P to R and right when it hits R, hit the gas with out waiting 3 to 5 sec that will mess up your trany.

I have the same question as B.Berry. Is it a mirror when the screen is turned off? or is it just a display for the rear view cam?

Does it Really have Bluetooth? I can read it on the manual front Page, but it's not mentioned on the product features....

When you switch your gear on a transmission to go in reverse you must wait at list few seconds so you don't damage your tranny or shift box on manual tr. your issue is irrelevant to this back up rear view camera and a mirror
