Well worth the money,
This review is from: Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist Paladin Multi-Mission Aircraft Edition - Xbox 360 (Video Game)
When I was a kid my grandpa and dad were really into model planes and at that time the technology for remote control planes was pretty primitive. Since the devs have come out with a special edition with a SC themed plane I just had to go for it, and I'm satisfied. One reviewer on here has stated that the plane isn't what they expected because the plane is foam: this is a GOOD THING trust me. This kind of sensitive technology is the last thing you want to crash into a tree, house or a car.
I haven't used one of these since i was a kid but I'm catching on and to think that I'm actually flying one of these gadgets themed as a plane from a Splinter Cell game is out of this world. I did in fact bump the foamy plane against my neighbor's car on accident and it's still in (near) perfect condition and the car is still in good condition too (which means I succeeded in being pretty um, stealth, I guess).
It says on here that the plane is worth 150 so the fact that the game, plane, and all the other stuff is 150 means this is actually quite a steal, financially speaking.
Goes without saying this is the best SC game ever made - you can read all the reviews you want or just play it.
The comic, probably not commented on in many places, is OUTSTANDING. The artwork and story both are on par with Tom Clancy's writing (which maybe it's based on, I'm not sure and have only read one of Clancy's books) and I'm glad I have it in my collection. The downloadable material is highly satisfying as well and I'm pretty sure it's exclusive to this edition.
Overall I'm very happy with my purchase of the Fancy-Pants Aircraft Edition. The poster's pretty cool too and it's on the inside door of my walk-in closet just in case anybody tries to take my stuff from in there - Sam Fisher about to stealth-pounce on any thief trying to mess with my stuff! :-p
