Ernesto, Ubuntu isn't a game, it's an operating system. Windows is also an operating system - a different one, made by an entirely different group of people (and for different reasons) - that is why, as you noticed before throwing out a perfectly good computer, they look and work differently. You may have been "using computers for 4 years now", but it sounds to me like you need some more help - might I suggest "Computers for Dummies".

Either you're a complete moron who has no experience with computers or you think you are funny. It isn't right to give bad reviews when you obviously haven't used the product and have no idea what you are talking about or are just trying to sabotage someone.

Ah, Ubuntu is popular enough, what is one bad review? I'm sure there are plenty of fanboy reviews to compensate :) I have no doubt that he was joking... and it is pretty funny.

Sure, I think the review is funny, but this is not the correct forum for comedy. This is unfortunately one of two reviews that pops up by default when a prospective buyer looks at Ubuntu. Most of the uninitiated are not going to get beyond the two stars and the title that tells the reader to go buy Windows.

The reviewer behaved irresponsibly and should delete this review.

Wow. I am not a linux fan at all but wow, a whole whopping 4 years of experience and you dont seem to know anything about computers. I cant even begin to understand how you thought this was a game??? And you threw your comp away and bought a new one instead of reformatting and starting over, very intelligent.

Here are a few simple ways for idiots to install Ubuntu.

1. READ the INSTRUCTIONS!

2. Get a pro to DO IT FOR YOU!

...and if all else fails...

3. Stab yourself in the neck with a pencil. The extra oxygen could be well used by us more intelligent civilians. :-P

But whatever you do, NEVER throw away a good PC.
