This is one of the best Yoga book I have seen. It is modern, colorful and well explained.
210 Poses are detailed in a first part then you have sequences you can follow depending on your objectives and needs (metabolism kickoff, fat burning, toning: full body, upper body only, lower body only but also anxiety, depression, hangovers, skin problems, jet lag and many others).
I bought this book 1 year ago when I was traveling in Australia for 2 months and couldn't regularly access the gym. I needed to do something to replace weight training! I thought about trying yoga and came across this book!
This book not only helped me to stay toned but I got better results than with weight training! I am not convinced that Yoga is great and can do a lot for your body (and mind- but this I am still working on :)). I sticked to yoga back home and haven't done any weight training since :)
I bought this book again for a Pregnant friend of mine as I thought it could be very useful to her- she enjoys it very much too!
