This review is from: Hamilton Beach Countertop Oven with Convection and Rotisserie, Standard Packaging (Kitchen)This is a wonderful counter-top oven with convection and rotisserie. I was especially pleased with the fit and finish and the accurate temperature setting. It has a large interior space, big enough to contain casserole dishes as well as pizzas. The rotisserie skewer is heavy duty, the included pans and trays are of solid build, and the controls have a nice crisp feel. The exterior is all stainless steel so it's easily cleaned. The outside surfaces tend to get hot. This can be a good thing as the top can be used to keep plates or serving dishes warm. Surprisingly the door handle stays nice and cool. Whenever the door is opened to reach into the hot interior I suggest using an oven mitt, or two.
The feature that impressed me the most was the accuracy of the temp setting knob. During my two hour long test I used a precise mercury bulb oven thermometer Excellante Liquid Oven Thermometer, 100 to 600 Degrees Fahrenheit. After learning how to use the dial markings I found the oven temp increased to the exact set temperature and thereafter only fluctuated to 15 degrees above the setting, whenever the elements turned on again. The temp never dropped below the set temp as long as the door remained closed. It was important to use the dial position markings correctly, since turning the pointer to the etched numbers does not work. As shown in the photo the correct position is at the end of the marked line, just before the etched temp number. I tested this at all marked settings and the results were highly accurate. All tests were done with convection on.
I am pleased with this oven and would recommend it to anyone needing a substitute for a range oven. The convection feature keeps the hot internal air circulating which eliminates hot spots. The quality of construction is good and the included accessories are not flimsy.

Hi. The oven interior is 13.25 inches deep, 14.25 inches wide, and 9.25 inches high. Enjoy!

Is it completely stainless steel on the IN-side?? I need one that is NOT non-stick, but COMPLETELY stainless steel on the inside, for health reasons. Please confirm. Thank you.

Hi! I just got one of these too. Is the temperature 400F in the picture you attached "where to set the dial"? Mine seemed to be so, but I was testing on the 350F, it was pretty accurate at the end of the line. That leaves me to wonder how am I going to set for 375F. Thank you.

That would be the 450F position. For a setting of 375F divide the distance by two between the 350F position and the 400F position.

Thanks for an excellent and detailed product review. One question:
Are you sure the width is only 14.25 inches? The external width is 23.25 inches. That would mean 9 inches excess. The photo makes the controls look only 5 inches. This is important because we use 16.5 width pans in our current convection oven, (has 18 inch width. I originally estimated a similar interior width for this machine (23.25" outside width less 5" for the control section)). I would not buy with only a 14.25" internal width. Please verify if you would not mind.

Hi. Yes indeed. The interior width is 14.25". Note that the exterior width is only 20.5" not 23.2". (Amazon lists product dimensions which include the box/packaging. Not a great aid to us shoppers in my opinion.) Since the racks have ledges to sit on the actual usable width inside is 13.5". Thanks for your question.

Thanks for the quick reply, Tim. The small interior dimension will cause us to reconsider this appliance. We use pans that would not fit in. Unfortunate because other than that it looks perfect.

Thank you for your kind response. Looks like mine is faulty-it is not heating up to the temp selected.:-(
