This is a very short and informative read that looks at many different aspects of both mind and body, issues with weight and much more.
It includes details on exercising that is such a must in order to maintain a healthy body and also how the mind plays its role.
Another great eBook is Justin Toner's Lose Weight Without Dieting - the Opal Method (Mind & Body Health Solutions)which I found full of great information and techniques that are easy to follow.
All in all, this is a recommended read - Good job!
