Very good cooling,
This review is from: Antec Kuhler H2O 620 Liquid CPU Cooler System (Personal Computers)
I use this on my I7 firstname.lastname@example.org. It cools about the same as a high end air cooler, 28C idle and 55C load. The big difference for me is a cooler case and cooler room. The N and S bridge are each 5C cooler now, the motherboard 3C cooler and my office is 5F cooler since installing this in my system.
Installation took about 20 minutes and was not complicated but the instructions could be better. It's a great all in one water cooler that is compact and quiet and does a great job.

Yes, if you look at some of the install videos on You Tube, they clarify the installation better than what comes in the package. Otherwise, a GREAT (@ the present price) alternative to C***air.

Not sure how your room could be cooler. The same amount of energy is being used, the heat is just being despersed quicker. So you room can't be any cooler...

Agree was thinking same... is original poster mistaken in that his processor speed has been decreased (probably not he would have noticed) or maybe the seasons are changing? 8-)

55°C sounds unusually low for your setup and this cooler. What is your definition of "load"? Are you talking a decent amount of time running Prime95 or you playing a game? I'm asking because I am trying to decide between this and the Kühler 920.

55C is definately low for an i7 920. Well, i have to say, i have a i7 930 @ 3.8Ghz, 1.136v (CPU-Z), with a Corsair H70 with push-pull and my temps with "intel burn test" are 77-80C with room temp ~ 28C. So even with a 20C room temp my temps wouldnt still be so good, i dont get how people claim to get so low temps under load, please tell me.

Don't know what to tell you other than it's a push pull configuration on 2 fans and a HAF 932 case with great airflow.

If the rooms heating up that much then the rooms tiny or you got too many cores. I'm considering this to puh my dual core 3 gig athlon to 3.5ghz.

Just an update; since moving to TX the cpu temps went up with this cooler due to the higher temps in this state. Temps under load now are 68-69C. I've since moved on to full water cooling the cpu and gpu but the Kuhler does a great job for an out of the box water cooler.
