i have talked to many people about how to pronounce the name. even their tech support. everyone says it differently, but authoritative sources tend to say it the way i do. and i based the way i say it the way they told me to.

I've seen videos from many different places that claim one way or another. I could very well be wrong, along with a million other people.

Until I talk to the CEO or president or some someone high up in the company, I'm not sure I'll ever be 100% sure of how to pronounce it.

Arg! This doesn't being me any closer to how it should be pronounced. Both videos had a variation in the way they said it.

I have half a mind to call them up and get this sorted out once and for all. lol
