***update on my last review: *** The flat iron deserves 5 stars. Amazon doesn't allow changing the stars so I will just edit my review.

My review was about the iron not getting hot enough and was not working properly (my hair would not stay straight)
The next day after I contacted them. I got an email from Jessica from customers service dept. Letting me know that she had read the review and she told me its very unusual but i must of received a defective one. Without any questions asked she had a replacement sent out to me the same day with express mail. Like I said before I give them 5 star not only for the amazing flat iron but for their great customer service

I love the way customer service handle any kind of issues that you have, i bought my flat iron not long ago and one day after the second used when i tried to turned on my flat iron wasnt warming up , it was by the way a important day and i wanted to have my hair flat but didnt work so i email them right away and the responded really quick and give me a tip so i did it (I suppost to push the relese botton ) WHICH I did but i didnt do it hard enough so did that and my flat iron was "fixed " so am happy so far, like the other customer said i will give them a five must because of their wonderful customer service , thank you very much

There are very few companies that stand behind their products anymore. After having received my straightener about two months ago, with a slight defect, it ended up cracking. I emailed the company I purchased the product from and they emailed me immediately and had no issues replacing it with another. I received it two days later. That is worth shopping with them again!

I bought this iron back in Mid July and last week it died on me. Just stopped working. I tried the plug.....resetting it.......it tried a different plug and NOTHING. I have emailed the company twice and I left a post on their Facebook page and still have received no reply. I bought the iron through Amazon and I sent them an email. They replied immediately and can't send me a new one because I bought it through an outside seller through Amazon. The company hasn't replied to me and there is no phone listing that I can find anywhere. I did find out however that the company Blue Novelties is in fact HSI Professional and selling through Amazon. I'd love to know what email address people are using to get in touch with them because the one they have set up on the website isn't working. I love the product and I did give it a great review with 5 stars but I think I just got jipped out of my money.
