This review is from: The 4-Hour Chef: The Simple Path to Cooking Like a Pro, Learning Anything, and Living the Good Life (Hardcover)
Expect a lot of pages, a load of information, not always relevant.
You won't become a chef after reading this book, however you'll improve slightly your cooking skills.
The approach is honest but the result is a little bit disappointing. The overall impression is "messy". It's in line with the series of 4-Hour book. Well documented, extensive but definitely not revolutionary.
My personal comment to the author would be: drop the unnecessary content (language, card deck etc.) and focus on the essential. The book would definitely benefit from it.
