"You get what you pay for",
This review is from: Discovery Expedition Entertainment Projector (Electronics)
Well, I decided to buy this projector on black Friday, seeing that it was only
60$ I thought i should buy it.
Of course when you pay 60$ for a projector, u shouldn't expect 1080p HD image
I tried this projector with different appliances and here's what happened:
DvD player: I used a standard Phillips DVD player and put in the dvd that came with the projector
after about 5 minutes of adjusting, I got a decent 52 inch projection on the wall. The picture was grainy
but hey it worked.
Blu Ray: No difference from the DVD player
Wii: Doesn't work out, the projection is too dim to actually see anything
Summary: This projector is great for kids who don't really care about quality, I guess you could use your computer
to project a powerpoint presentation but whatever. Also, this projector is defiantly not recommended for playing video games, as the quality is too poor to enjoy playing.
(I returned the projector to Khols because for some reason the projection became really bright, and nothing i did could fix it.)
Recommended: if you have money, buy something more expensive maybe 200-300$, but for the 60$ it is okay.
