A daughter's honest and compassionate exploration of her father's world,
This review is from: Thirty Days with My Father: Finding Peace from Wartime PTSD (Paperback)
This is one of the most compassionate, honest books I've ever read. With a storyline like this, you may expect her father to be villainized, but this book accomplishes just the opposite. It helps us put a face (or several) on a condition that does affect and will affect so many people in this country as they raise families and build relationships after they come back from war.
