My name is Blake Warrington and I just turned 49 and am in the best shape of my life. P90X is Extreme Home Fitness, but will get you ripped. The cool thing is you need nothing more than some push-up bars, a chin-up bar, a set of dumbbells, and a "Bring It" attitude.
