Hush Puppies is not my favorite brand anymore,
This review is from: Hush Puppies Men's Gus Oxford (Apparel)
These shoes are so light you don't feel them on you but they also deteriorate so fast you may think they are made of paper.

Dr Manuel Farill-Guzmán says:
This shoes are the most comfortable and durable in its kind that I´ve ever owned. Every time I have to make a long trip, I take them with me (preferably a fresh pair). They weight almost nothing and make every stride effortless. Thery do not have all the traction I would like them to have, but even so, if your´re not going in the bush, they will hold out very well in the rain or in wet pavement. They´re easy to keep handsome. Their construction is fine, you can tell that they are well made (where ever that may be). One thing is certain: it´s not China. I reccomend them highly and woul like toi pint out that you should order the exact size.

I have worn one pair all over France as my only pair with me. I wear them to work routinely. The hold up very well, with no problems whatsoever. No pulled stitching, no problems with the leather tops, and wonderfully thick and durable soles. They are a great value. Mine were made in China and I have no complaint at all. Plenty of room for the toes. I can't imagine why this reviewer says they deteriorate. Mine haven't at all, over more than a year of use (though not every day).
