Best Whip Ever,

I have been cooking for about 45 years and have always used a spring whisk for sauces and puddings. The thing that always drove me crazy though, is that the handles were too short so if you wanted to leave the whisk in the pan for a minute or two and then come back to stir, most of the time it had tipped over and fallen in the sauce.
When I saw my friend making coconut cream pie filling and using a spoon and paddle to keep the filling from scorching I couldn't believe she never heard of a spring whisk. It makes the job so much easier. I decided to buy one for her, but decided I would look with one with a longer handle so she wouldn't experience the same frustration I always have. When I found this whisk I knew it would be perfect, so I purchased two, one for each of us. I have used it a few time and it has great spring action, a comfortable to use handle AND when it tips over, it does not fall down in the sauce because of the longer handle. I will give her the other one for Christmas.
Finally, a whip to make all other spring whisks pale in comparison. I love this whisk.
